· How to take care of the fibres?
The ENJO fibre is an innovative care product from our own research
and development centre. If treated correctly, the ENJO fibre
will last for years and maintain their full cleaning ability.
Please note the following care instructions:

Before first use, wash all fibres.
·
ENJO fibres
do not like being wrung lengthways.
·
After use, wash the fibre with warm water and optionally with a little soap.
In case of heavy make-up residues the fibre should
be washed in the washing machine after one or 2 applications.

After washing, hang fibres up to dry.
·
Wash only with light clothes.
·
We recommend washing the fibre in our Laundry Bag.

· Are the fibre products suitable for
all skin types?
For very sensitive skin consult a doctor before use. Do not use on
rashes, broken capillaries, varicose veins, vein inflammation and eczema. Due
to increased blood circulation redness and a tingling sensation can occur.
· Can I use the ENJO fibres on the
very sensitive eye area?
Do not use on this area at
first. Once you have used this fibre on the rest of
your face without any problems, try using on the area around the eyes.
· How to properly store my Edelweiss cosmetic?
The products should not be exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat,
cold or temperature changes. Store them in a cool and dry place. Lids should
always be closed tightly and remove any residue from bottles.
· How do I test the Edelweiss Spa products
compatibility with my skin?
Before first use of a new product we recommend to test the
compatibility with your skin. Apply a small amount of the product on the
inside skin of the wrist area. If there is no sensitive reaction you can use
the product.
· Can I use the Edelweiss Spa products for my
children?
As newborns have very sensitive skin, the highly concentrated, natural
ingredients of our Edelweiss products can cause skin incompatibilities.
Therefore we recommend not using the products on children under 2 years.
