WARRANTY TERMS

The Floorcleaner (41000), Combiwiper (41002, 41003) and the ENJO Flexi (41005, 41006) hardware carry a 1 year warranty against faulty workmanship. All cloths and fibres have a 2 year warranty against faulty workmanship.

We are sure you will be 100% satisfied by your decision to choose ENJO. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact your independent ENJO Consultant. If you are still not satisfied, please contact Customer Services, ENJO UK, C7 Elstree Business Centre, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Herts, WD6 1RX. To back up our total commitment to customer satisfaction, the Direct Selling Association (DSA) operates a dispute resolution service for any consumer who is still not satisfied.

Products are only covered when used for their intended purpose and cared for in the way prescribed in the “General and Care Instructions” on our website or in the ENJO Living brochure. Please keep your Customer Order Form or email confirmation (in the case of web orders), as proof of purchase is required to make claim, which should be made with ENJO UK Head Office at the above address.
