Where to buy ENJO products
- By far the best way to buy ENJO products is via a fully trained ENJO Consultant, who will be able to advise you and show you how to get the best use from your products. To find your closest Consultant, contact us on 0845 491 8718 or send an email to office@enjo.co.uk.
- Alternatively, you can order on-line click here. We only recommend this option if we don't have a Consultant in your area.
- It is also possible to order directly from Head Office via phone 0845 491 8718 or via email orders@enjo.co.uk. Again, we only recommend this option if we don't have a Consultant in your area.
Shipping Information
Shipping Costs (only apply to Head Office / Internet orders):
Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - £2
Next Day Delivery: City Link Courier - £6.60
Non-mainland: Royal Mail International Recorded - £10
Items over a certain weight / size will automatically have to go via City Link or Royal Mail International Recorded (if appropriate). In this case, no Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded option will be presented.
Delivery Time:
Orders placed before 1pm on working days will be shipped on the same day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched on the following working day.
Orders shipped on Next Day service will be despatched as per the terms above and are guaranteed by City Link to arrive the next working day between 7am and 5:30pm. A signature will be required to receive orders on the Next Day service. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or collection will be on that card.
Should there be any delay with shipping you will be notified of the expected despatch time by email. In the case of multiple products we will often ship the available parts of the order immediately. The remaining items will be despatched as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.
Territory:
ENJO UK delivers and services customers living in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Ireland. We cannot service customers living outside this territory, but would be delighted to refer you to ENJO International. Please contact us on 0845 491 8718
IMPORTANT NOTE: All services require someone to sign on receipt, so please provide a delivery address where you know someone will be in to sign for your delivery.
Returns Policy - 30 day guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ENJO product, you are entitled to a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days of date of purchase. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

- If you ordered via Head office / on-line, you will needs to obtain a returns claim code. Plase telephone our customer service department on 0845 491 8718 or email us at orders@enjo.co.uk. They will instruct you on how to proceed.
